PT Ford Motor Indonesia (FMI) launched its first ‘Ford Superstore’ in Indonesia today. Ford says that it will provide customers with a superior purchasing and ownership experience. The United States Ambassador to Indonesia, Mr Ralph Boyce, attended the event as Guest of Honour and officially opened the Ford Superstore.
Located at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, the first Ford dealership appointment is P.T. Selarus Nusa Abadi, which will trade as FORD JAKSEL.
All Ford Superstores will be built to Ford’s Brand@Retail global standards.
“Ford’s retail strategy for Indonesia is to have fewer, larger, well-established dealerships that have industry-leading facilities and provide industry-leading customer satisfaction,” said Will Angove, President Director, PT Ford Motor Indonesia.
All Ford Superstores planned for Indonesia will share a consistent showroom layout, use of colour and signage and Ford believes Indonesia will be the first country in the world to achieve the Ford Brand@Retail standards throughout all its dealerships.
