Tata Motors‘ founder Tata Sons has pledged an additional 24.05m shares taking its total pledge to 13.42% of its total equity.

On 10 February, the company had said its parent had pledged 37.2m shares or 8.15% of its equity, Reuters reported.
Tata Sons held 28.94% of Tata Motors in December 2008, according to the BSE website.
