The Novus range will be available in 4.5T, 5.0T and 7.0T models all with a power output of 240PS. The six-litre Iveco engine delivers torque of 800Nm. The engine meets Euro III standards, and can be modified to meet the Euro IV standard, to be introduced by 2008.


TDCV is marketing the new range as a medium sized truck offering the power and space of a heavy truck. The truck will offer full floating air cab suspension and full air suspension seats for the first time in Korea.


Unveiling the range in Seoul, Ravi Kant, chairman of TDCV, said: “The Novus range of medium size trucks offers a product never seen before in Korea and demonstrates Tata Motors‘ and TDCV’s commitment to the Korean customer and economy.”
