Components maker Sundram Fasteners plans to acquire German automotive parts maker Peiner Unformtechnik.
Sundram proposes to enter an agreement with Peiner’s parent, Textron Deutschland Beteilingungs GmbH of Bonn to buy its entire share holding in Peiner, Sundram said in a statement cited by Reuters – financial terms were not disclosed.
