Nissan plans to roll out 10 new models in India by 2016, which will include new products, facelifts and new variants.
Nissan intends to launch CVT-equipped variants of the Sunny sedan and Micra hatchback, reported On Cars India. The Renault Duster will get a new fascia that will be in line with Nissan’s design philosophy. It will get a chrome plated ‘V’ on the grille.
Nissan also plans to launch a Datsun car during the festive season. The automaker may reveal a production-ready prototype sometime in the third quarter of 2013.
Other new models will include facelifted versions of the Sunny and Micra, the new X-Trail, new Teana, more Datsun models and the Nissan Sylphy, which will be positioned between the Sunny and Teana.
