General Motors India has revealed the model name it will use for its locally-built version of the Wuling Hong Guang. The new Chevrolet Enjoy (codename: N100) will be launched in the fourth quarter.

The Enjoy, a rival for the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Toyota Innova, was exhibited as the Chevrolet MPV concept at the New Delhi Auto Expo back in January. The closely related Wuling Hong Tu (N200) will also be made in India from later in 2012. Its model name as a Chevrolet is not yet known.

The Enjoy and N200 will be assembled by GM India from kits supplied by the SAIC GM Wuling joint venture. Both models are manufactured at Liuzhou in China’s Guangxi province. The vehicles for India expected to be available with locally-made engines, including a 1,248cc turbodiesel that is not available in China.
