Fiat India has announced the launch of a new service programme, VCARE, with a national toll free number for the benefit of its customers.
Apart from the national toll free number, the company has also introduced single response number for 24 hours breakdown assistance, a company statement said.
“VCARE has been designed keeping the customer in mind and providing him with utmost assistance at all times,” director commercial, Fiat India, Ravi Bharadwaj said in a statement.
Fiat has also initiated a detailed research study by AC Nielsen to collect feedback on sales and service. The study would help further improve the company’s current practices, it said.
