Amtek Auto, Bharat Forge, Mahindra & Mahindra’s component arm, MSAT, and Krishna Maruti, are all cited as companies that are interested in buying Dana businesses.
According to the newspaper they are keen to expand outside of India by acquiring assets in the US at ‘throwaway’ prices.
