Dana has been scouting for buyers of its component businesses in India, according to the Times of India.
Amtek Auto, Bharat Forge, Mahindra & Mahindra’s component arm, MSAT, and Krishna Maruti, are all cited as companies that are interested in buying Dana businesses.
According to the newspaper they are keen to expand outside of India by acquiring assets in the US at ‘throwaway’ prices.
