3M India’s directors Ippocratis Vrohidis and Ashish Khandpur have stepped down, with effect from 1 August, Equity Bulls said. Biren Gabhawala has been appointed as an additional independent director, effective 5 August.
Further, the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee have been reconstituted, from 5 August.
