General Motors Buick brand – sold primarily in North America and China – said its 2024 Envision SUV facelift would bring so called Super Cruise autonomous driving to the brand.

GM claims Super Cruise – which requires a subscription – is the industry’s “first true hands-free driver assistance system”, compatible with 400,000 miles of roads in the US and Canada.

The updated Envision has a new grille and front fascia and the brand’s new body-mounted emblem on a restyled bonnet [hood].

It’s the third of five new vehicles Buick plans to launch in 2024.

GM also claimed Buick was the fastest growing mainstream brand in the US, with sales up 76.4% to the end of May.
