A second Porsche manager is about to be transferred to the Volkswagen Group.

According to a report in Germany’s Manager magazine, Porsche marketing head Gerd Mäuser will move to an important position in the Volkswagen sales organisation. According to dpa-AFX news, this could mean head of sales for Germany.

Mäuser would be the second Porsche manager to move across to VW. Porsche’s former head of sales in North America, Peter Schwarzenbauer, will become head of sales at Audi, based in Ingolstadt, from 1 April.

Porsche is Volkswagen Group’s largest shareholder, with a stake of 31%, and has gained approval from its shareholders to increase its holding to over 50%.
