Saint-Gobain says it has finalised the acquisition of LS Kunststofftechnologie, a German manufacturer of polymer components for the automotive, medical and industrial markets.

Created in 1985, LS Kunststofftechnologie is headquartered in Wertheim near Frankfurt.
