Hans-Peter Porsche (66) was appointed a member of the board at today’s general meeting, replacing Sihler on the Board. With his brother Ferdinand Alexander, Hans-Peter established Porsche Design Produkte Vertriebsgesellschaft in Salzburg in 1978.
After 27 years, banker Walther Zügel also resigned from the board. Ulrich Lehner replaced him.
