Michael Mauer, Executive Director, Saab Design and GME Advance Design, is leaving Saab after four years of overseeing all design direction for the Swedish premium car maker, and more recently, all of GME’s advanced design studies.

Mauer will replace Harm Lagaay as Head of Design at Dr. Ing. H.c.F. Porsche AG, and will be based at Porsche’s Research and Development Centre in Weissach, Southern Germany.
Saab’s Head of Advanced Design, Anthony Lo, is named acting Director Saab Design until a successor can be announced.
