Hella announced today that it is taking over its joint venture, Micron Engineering, in Neutraubling, Germany.
The joint venture was established with Micron Electronic Devices in June 2004. Each company owned 50% of the shares. Hella will own 100% of the company and will retain the plant and its 50 employees.
