German partsmaker ZF Friedfrichshafen is predicting strong demand in emerging markets and projects it will book record-high revenue of over EUR 12.9bn (US$17.2bn) in 2010 and will return to the black.
Last year the company generated revenue of EUR9.4bn and made a net loss of EUR421m.
Chief executive Hans-Georg Haerter added that he did not expect the company to achieve post-economic crisis record profits of EUR518m, posted in 2007.
