Nyquist combines drive and control functions in to a single system. With a workforce of around 50, it reported sales of approximately EUR10 million during 2004.
The Dutch company will be integrated into Bosch Rexroth, part of the Bosch Group. Under the Rexroth brand name the company offers drive, control and motion technologies from mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics plus electronics and associated services.
It supplies components and systems for industrial and factory automation and mobile applications.
