BMW Group vehicles sales rose 13.2% year on year in October to 123,304 cars. Year to date sales were up 7.8% to 1,218,588 units.


BMW brand sales cars rose 10.8% in October to 105,208 units, a record for the month, while YTD volume was up 6.8% to 1,034,903, also a record.


BMW sales supremo Stefan Krause said: “The driving forces behind the success of the BMW brand at the moment are the new generation of relatively high-selling, high-profit vehicles. This is taking us well on the way towards the annual targets that we have already published.”


Mini brand sales rose 30.1% to 17,989 in October and were up 13.9% to 182,999 YTD.


Rolls-Royce delivered 107 cars, last month, up 39.0%. YTD sales were up 24.3% at 686.
