De Ladonchamps has spent over 30 years in sales and aftermarket positions in the automotive original equipment and supplier industry. Prior to joining Visteon, he spent six years as an executive director with Audi, leading the development of the worldwide aftermarket.
Previously, de Ladonchamps held a variety of senior management positions with BMW AG, Jaguar Deutschland GmbH and ZF Friedrichshafen AG, in both technical service and sales roles.
Visteon’s two major aftermarket business areas are mobile electronics and replacement parts.
