A year after it launched the five-door version there, Mazda will unveil the three-door version of its 2 (Demio in Japan) hatchback at the 78th Geneva motor show in March.
This is the first time that Mazda has offered a three-door variant of the 2.
Mazda said the three-door – with the same overall dimensions as the five-door – is designed to attract new customers and boost its continued growth in Europe.
It will be offered here with the same 1.3- and 1.5-litre petrol and 1.4-litre turbo diesel engine options as the five-door.
These engines achieve high fuel efficiency together with particularly low CO2 emissions.
