Gefco UK has unveiled a project with long-term partner, London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC), to provide pre-delivery services for prospective fleet clients.
Gefco is supporting LEVC's ambitions in the electric van market by providing conversions and deliveries to prospective fleet clients from its Corby finished vehicle logistics centre.
It will use Moveecar, its recently implemented one-stop-shop digital service platform, to manage delivery services.
Gefco has been working with LEVC since 2017, as the distributor of its TX electric models across the UK and Europe.
"It has been a pleasure to develop our relationship with LEVC over the years and we're glad to expand our remit in the EV space, an industry that is set to undergo significant growth in the coming years," said Gefco UK sales director, Victoria Arnold.
"LEVC is embarking on a new chapter with the launch of its VN5 models and we are pleased to support its ambitions and explore further areas for collaboration as the project develops."
