Scheduled for mid-November this year

China’s Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC) has readied its GS8 and EMZOOM SUV models for sale in Mexico.

An unveil for dealers and workers took place ahead of the SUVs’ expected auto market entry, scheduled for mid-November this year.

The automaker says the local parts warehouse and logistics distribution centre in Mexico have now been completed.

GAC International says it plans to optimise its localised operations and will align with the preferences of local consumers.

In 2021, GAC announced it was exporting its vehicles to Mexico as part of a major push into the North American market.
