Peugeot and Malaysian manufacturer Naza Group have signed a letter of intent to assemble a ‘three box’ 207 sedan.
The 207 will be launched in the last quarter of this year and cements a relationship with Naza and Automobiles Peugeot that goes back to 2006 with the assembly of the 206 hatchback.
“Peugeot is reinforcing its position with the ASEAN (Association of South East Asiatic Nations), one of the areas experiencing exceptional economic growth within Asia Pacific,” the automaker said.
