Renault’s board of directors has re-elected Carlos Ghosn as chairman and chief executive officer for a further four-year period, following the renewal of his directorship at the company’s annual general meeting on Friday.
The AGM also re-elected Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière (chairman and chief executive officer of Fimalac), Franck Riboud (chairman and CEO and chairman of the executive committee of the Danone group), Hiroto Saikawa (executive vice president, purchasing, leader of the Asia-Pacific region, and member of the executive committee, Nissan Motor), Pascale Sourisse (member of the executive committee of Thalès, senior vice president of the land and joint systems sivision) and Bernard Delpit (executive vice president, CFO of La Poste group) as directors for a four-year term.
The AGM also appointed Alexis Kohler and Luc Rousseau, nominated by the government as representatives of the French state.
