has achieved its best April sales result since starting Brazilian operations
in 1994.

Last month, the company sold 1,352 vehicles, well ahead of its previous best
month, November 2000, when it sold 1,129 units.

The Brazilian-made A3 is the top-selling Audi with 1,216 units registered
in April. The car is produced in the São José dos Pinhais plant,
in Paraná state, alongside the Volkswagen Golf.
