Colombian sales fell 2.3% to 13,849 vehicles last month as buyers focused on a local political reform issue.


Chevrolet continued to lead the market year to date (48,459 vehicles sold), followed by Renault (21,331), Hyundai (16,206), Mazda (8,816) and Toyota (6,696).


Land Rover and Jaguar will resume operations through a new company owned by investors from several Central America countries. The showroom will be in Bogotá.


Three new Chinese brands were launched during the month: Saic-Wuling, Changhe and BYD.
