US-based DXC has expanded its partnership with Ferrari to develop the next generation of advanced in-vehicle infotainment systems.
This partnership aims to enhance the driving experience for Ferrari owners by engineering infotainment systems, which is claimed to deliver “superior” performance.
The partnership between DXC and Ferrari began in 2021, with DXC reengineering the Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems for current and future Ferrari models.
Ferrari chief research and development officer Ernesto Lasalandra said: “DXC is a market-leading innovator in the automotive industry, enabling us to accelerate the development of our software platform and its components as well as state-of-the-art functionalities and usability.”
Recently, DXC developed the software for the F80, Ferrari’s latest car launched in October 2024.
The F80 is designed for both road and track use, featuring multiple displays that offer a high-speed, performance-oriented experience.

DXC Automotive and Manufacturing executive vice-president Luz Mauch said: “DXC brings its deep experience in the automotive sector to our partnership with Ferrari, one of the most prestigious carmakers in the world.
