Dana has named company “veteran” Timothy Kraus as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Kraus succeeds Jonathan Collins, who will leave the supplier on 15 December to become CFO of information and analytics provider Clarivate.

Kraus was most recently SVP of finance and treasurer, responsible for global treasury operations including corporate liquidity and cash and risk management. He also headed tax and business development, working on a dozen strategic acquisitions since 2016.

Prior to joining Dana in 2010, Kraus worked at Intelsat, Lear Corporation and Ernst & Young.
