Volkswagen unit Skoda has said it is on track for record sales in 2011, as it posted a 20% annual rise in first half unit sales on booming demand in China and other emerging markets.
Skoda Auto sold 454,700 units between January and June, and June itself was the fourth consecutive month in which the business’s monthly sales hit an all-time high, Dow JOnes reported.
