Cooper Tyre appoints two new directors to board

Cooper Tyre has named Katy Dickson and Brian Walker as directors of the company effective immediately.

“Both of these executives bring talents, diversity of thinking and a demonstrated ability to drive results by defining and innovating around brands and developing omni-channel experiences that connect consumers to brands,” said Cooper Board chairman, Thomas Capo.

“As Cooper addresses its opportunity to transform the company through an increasing focus on end consumers, the insights and experience that they bring will be invaluable. The Cooper Board traditionally has nine members, yet we are increasing to ten with the addition of Katy and Brian as we believe their talents will be an immediate and powerful asset to the company.
