Shanghai General Motors is set to raise its 2013 sales target in the first quarter, China Business Times and China Daily reported, citing internal sources.
General manager Ye Yongming previously said in 2012 Shanghai GM had set its 2013 sales target at 1.45m units.
Its annual sales of Buick, Chevrolet and Cadillac passenger vehicles have topped the charts in the country for three consecutive years.
The 2012 sales set a new record for the industry as they reached over 1.39m units, up 13.1% year on year.
