Honda
Motor plans to double the number of its Chinese car dealerships to 120 by the
end of this year, hoping to expand sales, particularly of luxury models, the Nihon
Keizai Shimbun newspaper reported.

Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co., Honda’s 50-50 joint venture with the Guangzhou
Auto Group, will boost Accord production to 50,000 units, up 20,000 on 2000,
the newspaper said.
