Ford’s Chinese unit hopes to further its ties with commercial vehicle maker Jiangling Motors Group as the company plans on increasing its presence in the market, CEO and chairman David Schoch was quoted as saying by Economic Observer News.

Schoch did not clarify if the companies would extend their partnership to passenger vehicles.
