Dongfeng Motor, the Chinese 50-50 joint venture between Nissan Motor and Dongfeng Motor, is recalling 4,945 Nissan Teana sedans, XFN-ASIA reported, citing the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

According to the report, the government agency said in a statement on its website that the recall is due to muffler welding problems.
