The company also aims to realise sales revenue of CNY200bn this year, said Xu Ping, secretary of Dongfeng’s Party Committee.


In 2008, Dongfeng sold 1.32m vehicles, up 16% on 2007.


Dongfeng increased sales revenue to 196.9 billion yuan last year.


In addition, the company exported 45,000 vehicles, 73% more than in 2007.
