Ford Canada named Buffalo, New York native Dianne Craig president and CEO, from 1 November. She replaces David Mondragon who has been in the post since August 2008.
Craig was the general manager for the southeast market area in the US, a role she took on in March 2009.
She joined the company in 1986 in an entry-level field position and has held a variety of sales and marketing jobs including advertising, product marketing, contests and incentives and field operations.
She has also headed the company’s Ford and Lincoln Mercury US dealer relations efforts.
