Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems has appointed Mike Pogorelc as vice president supply chain excellence.

At the Huntington site, Pogorelc has been instrumental in expanding the scope of the operation now encompassing a four-building campus.
Among its achievements, in 2017, the site was named to PACCAR‘s list of premier suppliers which meet the OE’s quality expectation of ten PPM for parts and components. The distinction is earned by lowering PPM, or product defects expressed in Parts Per Million, to below ten.
Bendix reduced its PPM in Huntington to just below four. In another instance of quality recognition for Huntington, the Bendix facility finished first in 2014 and fifth in 2016 for the prestigious global KB-Truck Knorr Excellence Award, given by Knorr-Bremse.
