Thai auto service chain B-Quik plans to invest THB270m (US$7.6m) this year to expand its nationwide network of service outlets, according to local reports.
The company plans to add 15 service outlets this year to its existing network of 124, bringing the total to 139.
The company sees significant opportunities for growth in helping to service the 14.3m vehicles on the country's roads.
The chain provides a fast-fit service for replacement parts such as batteries, tyres, brakes, shock absorbers, air conditioning and engine oil/fluids.
Its flagship outlet in Bangkok has 19 service bays, while most have an average of 10-12 bays. Tyre replacement accounts for 50% of its revenue.
The company is also expanding in other countries, having just opened an outlet in Cambodia and with a second planned for 2017.
