Austrian component supplier, Eybl International, has signed a cooperation agreement with Daewoo International ISM.


The cooperation will focus on the production of technical fabrics for automotive interior trim.


Eybl International CEO, Johannes Elsner, said the cooperation will help his company meet large scale global contracts in a cost efficient manner. In addition it will expand the company’s production range and “consolidate our value-added chain,” said Elsner.


Eybl International AG, which is listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, specialises in the production of automotive textiles, the manufacture of seat covers in cloth or leather and cloth/leather combinations and the lining of special interior parts.


The group has its headquarters in Krems, Austria and employs around 4,000 people at 13 locations in Austria, Hungary, Romania, Germany, France and Slovakia, as well as in Spain and the UK.
