North America drives IT hiring at Valeo

North America emerged as the leading region in the global auto IT hiring activity in May 2022 with a 68.75% share, which marked a 200% rise over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 16.67%, registering a 60% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 14.58% share and a 70.83% drop over April 2022.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s auto industry IT hiring activity with a 68.75% share in May 2022, a 200% growth over April 2022. India featured next with a 14.58% share, down 63.16% over the previous month. Germany recorded an 8.33% share, a decline of 66.67% compared with April 2022.

Entry Level jobs lead Valeo IT hiring activity in May 2022

Entry Level jobs held a share of 47.92%, up by 53.33% from April 2022. Junior Level positions with a 43.75% share, a decline of 38.24% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 8.33% share, down 50% over April 2022.
