India-based company Tata Motors IT hiring rose 26.6% in July 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 16.33% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 21.96% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2022, and recorded a 0.98% growth over the last three-month average share.
Database and Network Administrators and Architects tops Tata Motors IT hiring in July 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Tata Motors, Database and Network Administrators and Architects emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 48.48% in July 2022, and a 71.43% rise over June 2022, while Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a share of 40.4% in July 2022, and registered growth of 53.85%. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 5.05% in July 2022, a 44.44% drop from June 2022.
Europe drives IT hiring at Tata Motors
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global auto IT hiring activity in July 2022 with a 94.95% share, which marked a 30.56% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 3.03%, registering a 50% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 2.02% share and a 33.33% drop over June 2022.
The UK commanded a leading presence in the region’s auto industry IT hiring activity with a 94.95% share in July 2022, a 30.56% growth over June 2022. US featured next with a 3.03% share, up 50% over the previous month. India recorded a 2.02% share, a decline of 33.33% compared with June 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Tata Motors IT hiring activity in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 55.56%, up by 10% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 37.37% share, a growth of 68.18% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 7.07% share, up 40% over June 2022.
