Top five auto companies in Romania’s IT recruitment activity in July 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 55.91% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Romania’s auto industry during July 2022 over June 2022.

Continental posted 48 IT jobs in July 2022 and registered a drop of 66.43% over the previous month, followed by Robert Bosch with 15 jobs and a 70.59% drop. Faurecia with 14 IT jobs and Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche with 10 jobs, recorded a 26.32% decline and a 42.86% growth, respectively, while Fritz Draxlmaier GmbHKG recorded a flat growth with 10 job postings during July 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 76.36%, down by 44.74% from June 2022. Entry Level positions with a 20.91% share, registered a decline of 75.27% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 2.73% share, down 81.25% over June 2022.
