The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 27.98% in April 2022 when compared with March 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 24.12% share in the company’s total hiring activity in April 2022, and recorded a 0.56% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Robert Bosch IT hiring in April 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Robert Bosch, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 83.04% in April 2022, and an 80.39% drop over March 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 6.23% in April 2022, and registered a decline of 78.05%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 5.88% in April 2022, an 84.82% drop from March 2022.
Europe drives IT hiring at Robert Bosch
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global auto IT hiring activity in April 2022 with a 67.47% share, which marked a 79.58% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 19.72%, registering an 80.48% month-on-month decline. North America was the third leading region with a 7.61% share and a 90.35% drop over March 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 5.19% and a month-on-month decline of 65.12%.
Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s auto industry IT hiring activity with a 44.98% share in April 2022, an 80.03% decline over March 2022. India featured next with a 15.22% share, down 67.16% over the previous month. Brazil recorded a 5.19% share, a decline of 62.5% compared with March 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Robert Bosch IT hiring activity in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 79.24%, down by 79.52% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with an 11.76% share, a decline of 83.65% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 9% share, down 86.24% over March 2022.
