The industry’s overall hiring increased by 14.81% in August 2022 when compared with July 2022.

Top five auto companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in August 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 954.55% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s auto industry during August 2022 over July 2022.

Robert Bosch posted 97 IT jobs in August 2022 and registered a rise of 4750% over the previous month, followed by ZF Friedrichshafen with 8 jobs and a flat growth. Nemak SAB de CV with 6 IT jobs and Mahle with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 62.5% decrease, respectively, while Schaeffler recorded an increase of 100% with 2 job postings during August 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.31%, up by 295.45% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 15.57% share, registered an increase of 1800% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 13.11% share, up 300% over July 2022.
