Poland’s auto industry registered a 17.8% rise in IT hiring activity in June 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The industry’s overall hiring increased by 4.56% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.

Out of the auto industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 20.28% share in June 2022, recording an increase of 1.85% over the last three-month average share.

Top five job classifications in Poland’s auto industry’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 99.13% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s auto industry in June 2022.

1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 58.26% in June 2022, registering a 42.55% growth over the previous month.

2) Computer and Information Analysts claimed a 16.52% share, an increase of 533.33% over the previous month.

3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 15.65%, registering a 20% rise from May 2022.

4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 5.22%, up 20% over the previous month.

Top five auto companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 171.79% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s auto industry during June 2022 over May 2022.

Robert Bosch posted 67 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by Aptiv with 14 jobs and a 50% drop. ZF Friedrichshafen with 10 IT jobs and AB Volvo with 10 jobs, recorded a 233.33% growth and a 25% growth, respectively, while MAHLE Konig KommanditgesellschaftKG recorded a flat growth with 5 job postings during June 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 73.91%, up by 77.08% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 13.91% share, registered an increase of 100% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 12.17% share, down 6.67% over May 2022.
