Ningbo Joyson Electronic’s IT hiring activity declines 21.4% in August 2022

China-based company Ningbo Joyson Electronic’s IT hiring declined 21.4% in August 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 6.68% in August 2022 when compared with July 2022.

IT jobs claimed an 18.96% share in the company’s total hiring activity in August 2022, and recorded a 3.07% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Ningbo Joyson Electronic IT hiring in August 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Ningbo Joyson Electronic, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 84.21% in August 2022, and a 25% drop over July 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 7.6% in August 2022, and registered growth of 62.5%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 4.09% in August 2022, a 600% rise from July 2022.

Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Ningbo Joyson Electronic

Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global auto IT hiring activity in August 2022 with a 98.25% share, which marked an 18.05% drop over the previous month.

Europe stood next with 1.75%, registering a 25% month-on-month decline.

China commanded a leading presence in the region’s auto industry IT hiring activity with a 94.15% share in August 2022, a 17.44% decline over July 2022. India featured next with a 4.09% share, down 30% over the previous month.

Junior Level jobs lead Ningbo Joyson Electronic IT hiring activity in August 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 91.23%, down by 18.75% from July 2022. Entry Level positions with a 5.85% share, a growth of 11.11% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 2.92% share, down 37.5% over July 2022.
