Top five auto companies in Mexico’s IT recruitment activity in September 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 61.11% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Mexico’s auto industry during September 2022 over August 2022.

Robert Bosch posted 10 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a drop of 79.17% over the previous month, followed by ZF Friedrichshafen with 9 jobs and a 50% growth. AutoZone with 7 IT jobs and Continental with 5 jobs, recorded a 12.5% decline and an 80% decrease, respectively, while Aptiv recorded an increase of 33.33% with 4 job postings during September 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.93%, down by 55.91% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with a 24.56% share, registered a decline of 44% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 3.51% share, down 89.47% over August 2022.
