Easter is coming this weekend, which means Friday (19 April) and Monday (22 April) are public holidays for us, here in the UK.

Like the rest of the country, we’ll be making the most of any Easter sunshine, looking out for the Easter Bunny and, of course, eating chocolate eggs.
