Nissan has axed the Pathfinder Hybrid in the US.
The model’s fuel efficiency is not good enough for an eco-car, leading the automaker to discontinue the model, The Motor Report said, citing Car & Driver.
On the combined cycle, the Pathfinder Hybrid’s fuel economy is 8.4 l/100km, which is only 1.5 l/100km less than the regular model powered by a 3.5 litre V6 engine, according to Nissan.
